Our preschool program offers a play-based environment where children learn through hands-on exploration and sensory-rich experiences. Guided by the Virginia Early Learning and Development Standards (ELDS), Purdue University’s Early Learning Matters curriculum, and the Heggerty Phonemic Awareness program, we provide a strong foundation in early literacy, numeracy, and cognitive and physical development.

While play is at the heart of our day, we also place a strong emphasis on social-emotional development, helping children build confidence, empathy, and friendships. Our program fosters learning in a supportive environment where every child feels seen, heard, and valued. From our 2’s class all the way through Pre-K we believe in creating a joyful space where curiosity is encouraged.That’s why we use scaffolded learning—a teaching approach that meets children right where they are and gently guides them to the next level of learning.
