I created my ProCare Account. What's next?

Enrollment is a two step process. You'll receive an email from Allison Powell after the initial step so that you can complete the process. 

 

When will I hear what class my child is in?

Class placements are determined by birth date, number of days desired, and teacher to student ratios. Class assignments will be distributed before school begins in late August.

Can I request a teacher or class?​

We're happy to work with you to determine what is best for your child, however, decision on class placement will be decided by the directors. ​

Can I change the number of days or add full day later?​

Typically, yes!! We work hard to accommodate requests and try to be as flexible as possible, but decisions are based on availability. It helps us tremendously if you tell us as soon as you know!

Can I register my child for the toddlers class if they are not yet two?​

The birthday cut off for the toddlers/twos class is December 31, 2026. ​

How will tuition be collected?

Families are expected to enroll in our Tuition Express program, which can be linked to a bank account or credit card of your choice. Tuition will be debited on the first business day of the month. Any payments made after the 5th will be assessed a $15 late fee.

Do you offer a multi-student discount?​

Yes! The discount is 10% on lower amount. For example, if you have a full day student and a half day student the discount is on the half day tuition.

Do you follow the LCPS calendar?

Galilee Preschool does not strictly follow the LCPS calendar -- major holidays and winter and spring breaks match LCPS, but many days that LCPS is out, we are in. The After School/Extended Day Program follows the LCPS calendar.
