Monkeys Teachers: Susan Reese and Summer Petrilli

Mrs. Susan Reese has been busy helping at Galilee Camps this summer and also enjoyed some family beach time! She's enjoyed painting with watercolors too!

Mrs. Summer Petrelli and her family were lucky to see the premier of Toy Story 5 and meet the characters. She has been enjoying the pool and the outdoors plus time with friends. She and her family will be heading to Lake Tahoe in August before the new school year begins!

Fireflies Teachers: Maggie Ferri and Amy Messick

Mrs. Maggie Ferri has been enjoying pool days with her kids and getting lots of reading done. Her highlight of summer was their family beach trip!

Mrs. Amy Messick celebrated her daughter's graduation from Potomac Falls High School and has loved time with her whole family making memories at Smith Mountain Lake!

Busy Bees Teachers: Alison Bransford and Erin Farmer

Mrs. Alison Bransford had much to celebrate this summer...UVA grad school graduation, family wedding, and lots of family time!

Mrs. Erin Farmer has been BUSY!! Highlights of her summer have been sunset paddle boarding on the Potomac, Ocean City MD Beach Trip and long walks in the heat to escape the chaos of having kids home! And lots of Cupcake Baking!

PreK 4 Sharks: Christi Hendershot and Susan Benham

Mrs. Christi Hendershot has enjoyed traveling this summer and a highlight was a family trip to London and Paris with her three sons. You can see here that she is the tall one in her family...;).

Mrs. Susan Benham enjoyed a family vacation with her three daughters to La Jolla, CA. She loved the amazing weather and the fun sightseeing in San Diego!

PreK 5 Puffer Fish: Leigh Pappalardo and Sarah Doubleday

Mrs. Leigh Pappalardo and her family have been busy! A highlight was her son graduating from the University of Virginia in May. Her daughter turned 21 and they were all reunited to celebrate. Although very busy with summer camp , she used vacation to tour Cape Cod and eat all of the oysters! She even got to see Humpback whales - an experience to remember. Look out for Cape Cod to Geography Fridays.

Mrs. Sarah Doubleday has loved spending unstructured time with her kids this summer! They love going to the pool for hours, trips to see family and friends, and especially our family trip to the beach. While she loves to play in the ocean with them, my favorite beach activity is looking for seashells and sharks teeth!
