3 Day 4's Staff
Christi Hendershot, Lead Teacher
I am a New York native and a huge Yankees fan (a risky proposition in the DC area)! I am a graduate of University of Maryland, College Park with a degree in English. I worked as a marketing executive in DC for many years. My three active boys in three different schools keep me very busy and give me a deep appreciation for the joy and wonder of preschool! My focus in preschool is to facilitate learning through play and exploration. When I’m not at preschool, you can find me cooking, cheering on my boys at a swim meet or soccer game, traveling or reading.
Erin Farmer, Assistant Teacher
I am a former Galilee mom having sent two of my children through the preschool program. I married my high school sweetheart and moved with him to Camp Lejeune, where he served in the U.S. Marine Corp. After a few years down South and a few more in Moses Lake, WA, I settled back into NOVA with my family. I have a 12 year old son and two daughters, ages 8 and 6, who keep me on my toes. I love catching candid photos of the children at play in the Panda class! When I am not at school I make cupcakes out of my home. My other hobbies include playing with my kids, enjoying nature (as long as the humidity is low), and volunteering at the elementary school.
